Evans & Company have been established in the local area since 1992 and to this day the partners of the business are still ‘ hands on ‘ ensuring that all the sales staff adhere to the company’s very high service standards.

Our first office was opened in 1992 by Managing Partner, Jason Evans in Greenford, from our inception our aim was simply to offer clients the highest level of service and to achieve for them the best possible sale price.

In 1994 our second office was opened in Hayes and Andrew Shoolbread joined the partnership. Having established a successful sales department the partners took the decision to expand into other areas of the property market.

In early 1995, Evans & Company Residential Lettings was opened providing landlords a premier service that included full management, rent collection and a find tenant only service, Partner Andrew Shoolbread now heads the department and continues to offer clients simple, honest advice in a constantly changing market.
